Bought and homemade versions and their suitability for food preservation
There has been some questions regarding a pioneer situation and the ability to make or preserve foods using homemade vinegar solutions. With the recent acquisition of or a pH meter/tester here at the Pioneer Heritage Institute of Learning, we are now able to test commercial and homemade vinegar solutions for acidity. Various commercial available vinegars will be listed as well as some easy to make homemade varieties. The information on this page may, at best, be arranged haphazardly as the testing progresses, but will be presented in an orderly manner when cleaned up for the final presentation. Stay tuned......
