Remember, updates are usually Sunday mornings every week, but there are videos added to the tabs all the time. We are also changing the format somewhat. This page updated: 8-12-18 GMT |

The Recipes tab is now in the Food folder. We will be adding new sections to the recipes tab in the coming weeks with simple recipes to make survival a little more comfortable. |
Video of the Week
The staple of all dehydrated meals is the meat (in my opinion). It is not as hard to do as it would appear. There are just a few simple rules to remember; remove all the fat from the meat and dehydrate at 165 degrees (f). The best way that I have found to remove the fat from hamburger is by boiling. Retain the water when you pour it off and let cool in the refrigerator to keep the beef fat (for pemmican and cooking later). After all, you did pay for the fat, also. Rinse the meat again with water and then place in the dehydrator. Tuna (in water) and chicken I just use straight out of the can. Remember to add some fat back into the meal when hydrating for the best taste.

Quotes and Pics of the Week
You should know that Patriots are not anti-government,
but would rather have the government return to the original
state envisioned by those who formed this country and its
founding documents.
In these pages you will find stuff that has been deemed important enough to share. Some of it will be for general audiences and some will be directed to specific parties. Hopefully you will find something useful. As always, this site is under construction on a continuing basis. Check back often as new material is added daily (almost).

To navigate this site, hover over (or click) the buttons on the navigation bar at the top of the page above the picture. Most of the Navigation Bar buttons will also have a drop-down menu with more selections. Most of the drop-down selections (like the Shelter tab) have additional tabs for additional information on the subject. If all the information for that subject are in the sub-tabs (like the Tools tab), the selection will say "use tabs".
Most everything is an imbedded YouTube video. Just click to view. If an imbedded video has disappeared, please let me know. Occasionally the author of the video will remove it from YouTube and it will no longer work. I try to make sure that I have backups (via the ytd downloader) for all the videos and will reload the affected video to YouTube if I cannot find a suitable substitute. I suggest that you install the youtube video downloader (shown on the right column) and save the videos that you like on your PC. Some interesting downloads are shown below:
See the links, files, pics>files tab for more downloadable files. They are grouped by subject matter for your convenience.

Here are some software downloads that are highly recommended.
A basic YouTube Downloader is available for free from the site below. There is an option to purchase an upgraded version that boasts higher speeds, but not required. The free YTD software does not expire (you can use it forever, not a trial version). I have used it to download and backup all the videos on this site. I encourage everyone to get it and to save the videos they like on youtube as some of the best ones are now quickly deleted by youtube and by higher powers. NOTE: The YouTube downloader has been acting funky with the new YouTube formats. A different downloader can be found here:
This is the link for the Kindle for PC software. Amazon occasionally has good Kindle books for free, but finding the download for pc is a pain. The link below will take you directly to the download page. Downloading this software allows you to read them on your desktop or laptop. You will need to set up an account with Amazon so they can load the books to your computer. Here is another good program for your computer. It is called Ghostery and it blocks others from tracking your internet activity. Be sure to go to options after you have installed it and check all the boxes to block everything. |
